MMP main point of operation lies within the historically charming Washington metropolitan area in Charles County, MD!

Shipping and Fulfillment
How long is the Processing/ Shipping time?
Order processing time may vary on the bulk and availability of the products listed but we usually aim to have each order processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we currently offer domestic shipping. As we seek to grow the shop even more, we hope to include international shipping in the near future!
Order Marked as Delivered but is missing/Stolen.
Unfortunately, we are unable to directly control what happens to packages during the shipment process.
- Contact your local Post office (USPS) or distribution center (UPS) for assistance.
- File a lost package claim with your provider to help locate your package.
- Check in with neighbors to see if the packages was delivered to the wrong person.
We understand that missing or lost packages can be a frustrating experience. Sorry about that!
Order was Damaged during shipment.
Please contact us via our contact form and we'll have this straightened out right away! A refund or replacement may be issued.

Accidentally used the wrong address - please help!
Please contact us IMMEDIATELY via our contact form for address changes!
MMP does not take responsibility for incorrect addresses that were not corrected within the proper time window.
If you are unable to locate your package after it was delivered due to an incorrect address, a refund/replacement will not be issued.

RETURN POLICY
Please read the Return Policy below before initiating a refund or return.
Domestic returns can be done for store credit or exchange. You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
International returns are not available.
Returns are only available for non-printed items such as aparel and accessories. Printed products will be issued store credit once accepted.
Washable aparel must be returned unwashed, clean and folded within the original packaging. Returned products that have been tampered with (such as smoke, holes, discolorations, or animal smells) will be rejected.
